The qualified candidate must posses a high school diploma or the recognized equivalent. A minimum of three years of directly related experience with proven customer service and communication results is required. Previous experience in an inbound call center environment and effective bilingual (Spanish) communication skills are desired. The position requires the ability to type 40-45 words per minute AND data entry skills of 5500-6000 keystrokes per hour.
Part-time (3pm-7pm) and full-time positions are available.
