Description
- Produces electric system engineering plans, scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results; and answering questions regarding design and construction.
- Supervises the preparation of information and costing data required to bill consumers for construction work, facilities attachment fees and street light installations.
- Supervises the preparation and maintenance of system maps in the Utility Design System and other computerized engineering databases.
- Coordinates work activities and assignments with other departments.
- Provides leadership within the department to ensure required human resource administration-staffing, training, coaching, development, work assignments, performance management, goals and objectives and compliance with company policies and procedures.com
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or a related field is required. Five to seven years of related experience and/or training to include planning, designing, construction and operation of electrical distribution system and supervision of people is required.
