NOVEC is encouraging residents to donate blood during the Inova Blood Drive at the Dulles Town Center Mall on Saturday, Aug. 29, 2009, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Inova Bloodmobile will be parked near Dick’s Sporting Goods near the mall entrance. 

Donors will each receive a limited edition All-American Summer tee-shirt and be entered into Inova’s All-American Summer Campaign prize drawing that will take place the week of Sept. 7.  Prizes include a home entertainment system with big-screen TV, Blu Ray DVD player and sound system, a home exercise package with TRUE treadmill and accessories, and $500 worth of gas cards.

Inova is encouraging donors to call 1-866-BLOODSAVES (1-866-256-6372) to reserve an appointment time that is best for them.
