NOVEC HELPS coordinated by Priscilla Knight will participate in the National Young Readers Day on Nov. 10 at Sinclair Elementary School.

Employees, family, and friends will be able to select a book from the school library and read to a class at an assigned time. "This program encourages students to read and it gives them an opportunity to improve on their literacy," said Knight.

Last year over 5,500 students participated in the program across Prince William County.
