The Rappahannock RoughRide helps fund the Fauquier Free Clinic’s two medical sites, which serve a growing number of uninsured individuals and families who live in the area. Many patients earn a little too much money to qualify for federal assistance. Volunteer doctors, dentists, nurses, and administrators have treated more than 25,000 patients since the clinic opened its doors in 1993.
