Hop on Your Bike and Join the 2010 Rappahannock RoughRide to Help the Fauquier Free Clinic
Hop on your bicycle and join the 14th annual Rappahannock RoughRide on September 18, 2010, rain or shine, in “Little” Washington, Va. Build muscles and funds for the Fauquier County Free Clinic. NOVEC is co-sponsoring this self-paced, multi-level cycling challenge for the recreational or serious cyclist.
The ride will begin at 10 a.m. near the famous Inn at Little Washington, and cover some of Virginia’s most beautiful countryside. Three courses cover 12, 35 and 60 miles over paved roads or paved and mixed terrain. All rides begin and end in the small town.
Every rider has an equal chance to win one of the fabulous donated prizes.
All riders must wear helmets and sign a release. Riders under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Fees
Adults: $25
Children under 12: $15
Same day registration: $30

The Rappahannock RoughRide helps fund the Fauquier Free Clinic’s two medical sites, which serve low-income and uninsured individuals and families who live in the area. More than 200 volunteer doctors, dentists, nurses, and administrators have treated more than 25,000 patients since the clinic opened its doors in 1993.
