Judy Davalle will captain the NOVEC HELPS team on Saturday, Oct. 23 at the Prince William County Fairgrounds, Manassas, Va, with the event beginning at 9 a.m.  There will be many activities including moon bounces, DJ music, and air brush art to name a few activities that day.
