Introduction

“A good company delivers excellent products and services, and a great company does all that and strives to make the world a better place.” - William Ford Jr., Chairman Ford Motor Company

Hands Engaged in Local Public Service is a company-supported effort to leverage organizational resources and engage employees in projects that target real community needs. It was established to benefit NOVEC, its employees, and the community to which NOVEC provides service.

NOVEC HELPS is an organized and dedicated volunteer effort. NOVEC employees, along with their friends and family, annually volunteer their own time to many area nonprofit organizations.

Nonprofit organizations in NOVEC service territory are welcome to submit requests for HELPS volunteer assistance. Please review the volunteer guidelines before submitting a request.
