Speedpay - Credit Card, Debit Card, Electronic Check Payment Option

Pay your bill via Speedpay

You may pay your bill by credit card, check, or debit card via the telephone or internet using the Speedpay service. Payment transactions may be completed by calling the toll-free number (1-866-215-2703) or by selecting the Speedpay link on the NOVEC Web site and following the instructions. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Speedpay will charge a fee of $2.45 for each transation. There is a $500.00 maximum per transaction. Bill payments greater than $500.00 will require multiple transactions. The $2.45 fee will apply to each transaction.

Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards are accepted. Debit cards with the Visa, MasterCard, STAR, Honor, MAC, NYCE, Magic Line, or Yankee 20 logo also are accepted.

Speedpay is the only method for paying your NOVEC bill via credit card or debit card.

Late payment penalties will apply if amount due is not received by the due date. You should submit your Speedpay payment at least one business day ahead of the due date.
