High Bill? We're here to help

Have you received an unusually high bill lately? High bills usually follow periods of extremely hot or cold weather when customers use more electricity to heat or cool their homes.

NOVEC offers a number of tools and programs to assist you:

Energy Resource Center
The ERC offers tools to help you compare the costs of various lighting improvements, thermostat options, and appliance upgrades. You can also conduct a virtual energy assessment of your home.

PCA Credit
A Power Cost Adjustment credit is given as the result of favorable energy-market conditions that have allowed NOVEC to purchase energy at lower prices than in previous years.

 CashBack 2015

From time to time, the NOVEC board of directors authorizes a return of certain margins to customers.

Levelized Billing
A levelized bill is based on the average of the previous 11 months electricity billing and the current month's billing for the service address. It prevents dramatic changes in your bill.
 text-web-phone Peak Use Alerts
Receive a text message when energy use is high. Sign up by texting NOVECALERTS to 85700.
