NOVEC offers the following wide range of options to make paying your NOVEC bill as convenient as possible.

e-Billing -- Receive, view and pay your NOVEC bills online. Use of this option is fast, easy, and at no additional cost to the customer.

e-CHECK -- The amount of your NOVEC bill will automatically be deducted from your bank account each month. You will save time and money and eliminate the hassle of writing checks.

Speedpay -- Pay your bill by credit card, check, or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) via the telephone or internet. There is a fee of $2.45 for each transaction.

Levelized Billing -- Your monthly bill is based on a rolling 12-month average. Levelized billing prevents drastic changes in your bill, even in the coldest or hottest months of the year.

Operation Round Up -- You can authorize the Cooperative to "round up" your monthly Distribution Services and Supply Services billed amount to the next higher dollar. These contributions go to help keep the less fortunate of our area warm during the winter months.

Pay by Mail -- For mailing your NOVEC payment.

Pay in Person -- Each of our offices has a drop-box to accept payments. Payments may also be made in person at the Manassas or Minnieville offices.
