MANASSAS, Va. – Northern Virginia Electric Cooperative (NOVEC) has been recognized by Cooperative Insights as one of the highest-performing electric cooperatives in the country for member satisfaction, the cooperative announced today. NOVEC achieved an American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) score of 87 out of 100 for the fourth quarter of 2025, placing it in the top quartile of electric cooperatives nationwide.
Cooperative Insights partners with electric cooperatives across the country to conduct independent member research and provide the benchmarking data co-ops use to drive service excellence. The ACSI is the nation’s only cross-industry benchmark for customer satisfaction, measuring how well organizations meet member expectations and deliver value across the utility sector.
The result reflects NOVEC’s ongoing commitment to responsive, member-centered service and its practice of incorporating member feedback into continuous operational improvements.
