Social Media Policy

The purpose of NOVEC's social media platforms is to provide information to customer-owners, the community and members of the general public. We encourage you to engage and submit your comments and questions regarding posted topics. 

NOVEC reserves the right to remove comments from its social media pages that contain:

• Profane language or content
• Content that promotes or fosters discrimination, harassment or illegal activity
• Spam or comments that include links to external sites
• Promotions of particular services, products, political candidates or organizations
• Content that violates legal ownership interest of any other party, such as copyright or trademark infringement
• Information that may compromise the safety or security of the public or public systems

Violators of this policy may have their comments removed from the NOVEC’s social media platforms. Continued or egregious violations of this policy may prompt NOVEC to further restrict an individual’s commenting on official NOVEC social media platforms.
